How does it work? What do I need to do when I sign up?

Click any button this page to get started.

The first step is completing the wedding timeline form. We just need your name, phone, email and wedding date to know which program timeline to recommend!

From there, you select a package that fits your timeline (we'll recommend the best option for you).

Once you complete payment you'll be sent to a thank you page where you need to complete your new member profile information for us to create your profile, your program and custom macros!

Then in 24-48 hours you'll be sent a welcome email from Coach Savannah to sign into your new app account, join the community and start your program!

Can I do this program with my bridal party?

Yes! Working out with your bridal party can make this experience way more fun and motivating. What's better than doing something with your girls? If you and your bridal party want to do this together please email me at info@savannahjoyyy.com because I have special block pricing for Bridal Party Groups. We will set up a custom group chat and the fitness plan that you will all be doing together.

Do I need any equipment?

I am huge proponent of using a well-equipped gym and the programs are designed for gyms. If you don't have access to a full gym, there are alternative exercises that can be done with just a set of dumbbells.

Please keep in mind that if you do not have access to any sort of equipment, I would not recommend moving forward with this program. If you’re unsure about what equipment to buy, feel free to reach out and I’ll help you choose what’s best for your goals.

My schedule is already packed. Will I have time for this?

Yes! These workouts should take no longer than 45 - 60 minutes. I'm very honest with my members that while you can get results with less than 30 minutes, we're trying to build lean muscle and shed fat, which takes time in the gym.

I know you can dedicate this time to yourself. This isn't a "get fit quick" kind of program. We're going for sustainable results that will follow you even after your wedding!

What do the workouts consist of?

My team and I believe in strength training for women. Adding lean muscle is imperative for weight loss, longevity and just feeling like you can take on the world.

Many of the workouts are gym focused strength training sessions built in scientifically designed phases that are meant to help you build lean muscle tissue while also focusing on fat loss.

Note that I said FAT LOSS. You may not see the scale move as quickly as you'd like, but your physique will change when you start putting on muscle and you'll see more toned definition vs that stubborn body fat we all want to get rid of.

You'll be doing a period of resistance training 4x per week, and you'll have an additional set of cardio & step goals per week that will increase as you get closer to your wedding date. All exercises will have video demonstrations, instructions and substitutions that you can utilize to help you.

My wedding isn’t for a while — should I still join now?

Yes, the earlier you start, the better! Joining now gives you plenty of time to build lasting habits, adapt to the program, and make sustainable changes. The more time you give yourself, the more confident and prepared you’ll feel as your wedding day approaches. Plus, this program is about more than just your wedding—it’s about creating a healthier you for life.

How is the program personalized for me?

Each program is specifically designed to help new brides build lean muscle tissue and lose weight for your wedding timeline. You will have 100% personalized macros sent to you that will be based on your personal lifestyle, age, weight and wedding timeline.

If you want my fully customized training program then I recommend my 1:1 Online Coaching. This is an extremely extensive service that consists of personalized training, nutrition weekly check-ins with your Coach, 24/7 one-on-one communication and just a much more comprehensive in-depth approach. I have limited spots for this service so if that sounds like something you need than please apply here.

How is this different than your 1:1 Coaching?

The Wedding Body Project is comprehensive program designed specifically for brides who are looking for better structure, a proven backed program and monthly customized macros to help them achieve their physical goals.

While The WBP is the most comprehensive program for brides you're going to find on anywhere there are still circumstances where my 1:1 Coaching makes more sense. You'll still get access to Coach Savannah in the WBP app, but in a group setting vs one on one!

My 1:1 Coaching is an extremely in-depth, extensive service that consists of personalized training and regular updates, deeper nutrition support, and weekly check-ins directly with your Coach.
